Hello, &lt;br&gt; When the tv is turned on. The red light in the front stays on. The screen brightens up and then dims a little and will stay like that till I turn it off. I found no bad caps or blown fuses. The only buttons that will work is the power button on the tv and remote. Theres a green light on the x and y board. The 4 fans do not run, but when I unplug the set, they slightly move counter clockwise. Ive tried unplugging one board at a time and powering it on, getting a blink code each time. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. ( I found a new power board in the area so I changed it, no difference) &lt;br&gt; <br>( I unplugged the board with the 2 buffer boards and turned on. Instant red blinking light. reconnected, then unplugged the ribbon connecting the 2 buffer boards, same thing. I assume that means their good. <br> <br>
