TX-P50GT30B - 7 Blinks of Death	Can't Post

Hi
My Panasonic TX-P50GT30B Plasma has decided
not to power up.

The red light blinks 7 times.

I very carefully removed the "Y Sustain Board" having researched into it a little,
powered the TV back up and now the red light blinks 8 times.

Can anybody shed anymore light onto what I should do next?
I have emailed two Panasonic certified TV repair shops (its past office hours on a Friday right now so I cant call, just my rotten luck lol)

I really would like to breathe new life into this TV because I enjoy the picture quality on it so much.

Any help will be greatly appreciated,

Hi there !

I have the same issue on a panasonic tv like you but its a tx-pf50x20 i think its the same chassis because the "50" means 50 inches and the hardware might be the same ! can you unbolt the back panel behind the tv and show us ?

the problem might come from the sc board the left card behind the tv.
