Samsung SP-R4212 picture problem

i don't know if someone wrote about it? I bought my second samsung sp-r4212 tv and i had the same problem again.
the picture, while i'm watching dvd is not clear and i see pixels. especially if it is dark background or dark skin colors, black faces are like in video games. it's even worse.
the other thing is if i open the menu while picture was on the background, even if i close the menu still this screen appears on the back of the pictures. it's like you can read the whole menu while you watch tv.
when i watch cable i get much better quality picture than dvd???????(interesting eh! )
i know it's not an hdtv but still it should be enough to get a good quality picture.

My friend. Forget about Samsung. If you got a chance to sent it back, do it. The picture quality of my Plasma TV model SPN4235 is driving me crazy. Even with HD channels. Samsung means TRASH for me.
