I have a samsung model 843ax-yb01. Tv was given to me with sound/but no picture. I replaced the buffer board and y sustain board due to a burnt resistor. And I suspected the buffer may have caused the issue. However, now tv will not power on. I have figured out that if I unplug the logic F-buffer board then the tv will power on and off with Sound but no picture! My question is, can the logic f buffer be shorted causing the tv to not allow powering on/off?
