Sankey Plasma TV CLCB 4220

Hi All,
I am looking for a replacement power supply for a Sankey plasma TV modell CLCB 4220, the part number on the pwd sply
board is KTL-432WB. The present pwd sply apperently had a surge, the 5A fuse burnt the main filter in rectification stage
along four others are reading open and swollen to burst. Question, is there a way to test the semiconductors in this circuit such as the mosfet transisters (switching transistors).
I will appreciate all the help I can get
