Sony FWD50PX1B - very reasonable	Can't Post

I have been researching different plasma options and was down to either a Panasonic or Pioneer. I just found out about the Sony FWD50PX1B today...quite a hot deal at $2695 shipped from www.authorizedelectronics.com.

Couple questions:

Does anyone have an opinion on this plasma? Does it truly HD ready? Does anyone have any experience with Authorized Electronics?

hi, Im not worried about your choices but the retailer you mentioned. Having said and seen that! AUTHORIZED ELECTRONICS It's a REDFLAG!

Sony are stopping plasma manufacture world wide if they have not already done so. Plasma is the Betamax of yesterday, I wouldnt touch it with a 10 foot pole.
