Tv wont power up.

Tv wont power up.	Can't Post

I got this tv from my friend. Its a 42" plasma. When i got it, it would click and "power" up i could see the back light but wouldnt respond to anything. No menu ect... I did some research and found a refurbed x and y sus boards. I installed them now i have no back light. I hear the click of the power relay but nothing happens. I pulled the cover off the board where the inputs go and there is a solid red LED. Its an Akai. What board is actually bad?

Plasma = No back light.
Akai = No model #.
What board? = The black board (as in "back to the")

What i mean by back light is you can see illumination even tho the screen is black. No longer does this.

If i replaced the the sus boards in the tv and it still will not work. Whats the next step?
I can hear the relay click but that doesnt always mean everything is working.
