Vertical colored lines. What is wrong with this plasma? (pics)

This is an old EDTV plasma back from around 04 or 05. Samsung SPR4232. It was in storage for a few years and worked perfectly for a couple of months once it was brought out of storage. The lines appear over the menus and any content displayed on the TV and do not chance. A factory reset didn't help. Doesn't look like there are any blown or bad caps under the hood. Where would be the best place to start?

Sorry about the angle. TV was sitting in a corner so that's about as much as I could move it without having to lift it.
