I am searching for a Vision Plasma PM-4230 X Sustain board, if there anybody out there that has a spare one or has a damaged screen they can take it out of please let me know, and also how much you want for it.

Hi, just thought i would let you know that i have got my plasma working again!!

I removed the faulty display driver chip, there are 2 of them that work together, and i thought i would see what happend when plugged in, much to my delight it works fine although the one remaining display driver is taking the load, I only paid Ł200 for the screen so i think ive had a bargain, Just got to find a cheap remote control for it now.

Eliremai ! have you heard bout the BERMUDA TRIANGLE?..The myth of the story find it hard to beleive despite the reality therein existed and no one EVER came back with the true story but uncertainty!.... NO ONE!

Well, thanks for your concern, i have been doing electronics for 15 years and understand how these things work, the fact that removing one of the display driver chips has removed the short and the screen now works fine, no doubt the remainig display driver is now working very hard, but at least im getting some use out of the screen rather than leaving it in a corner gathering dust.

is this the same as as y board that has gone on my set and do you have any info on getting hold of one
