What could be the problem? (White Glow) Can't Post

Hi,
I created a jpg with a logo on it and when it is viewed on the TV (PX42XM4A LG NEC 42 Inch Plasma Monitor), it glows white really brightly.
You can see the attached picture to see what I mean.
Supposedly the brightness and contrast on so on has been checked on the TV to make the picture look better, but it didn't work.
Does anyone know what could be the problem?
Thanks!

first thing to do here is to check the voltages going to the pdp panel. most plasmas have a label stuck on the back of the screen with individual voltages for that screen to help you ,and the adjustments are on the power supply
