Original QAM0449-001 all I could find said NLA.
Finally found substitute, but it's either special order or backordered.

As you can see, even JVC themselves appear to have problems stocking (Availability: 09/08/2010).

Don't worry about it. Happy to help when I can. Especially when the poster provides the relevant product info in their initial posting. When they don't it can be like pulling teeth.
