lg 50" plasma 50pq30c power issues

i have an LG 50pq30c plasma tv that will work fine for hours but if i shut it off it wont power back on until i unplug it for quite a while. I checked all the capacitors even pulled the power supply and looked for bad solder joints, but i cant find any problems. I was going to buy another power supply off ebay, but i just hate to spend the money if thats not it. Please help.
