panasonic TV turns off after 1hr Can't Post
My Panasonic plasma TH-42PA20 (I purchased in 2003) turns off after 1 hr. Red power light goes on and off, blinks. Remote control doen't answer. I unpluged and pluged then power on. It woeks fine then it goes down again after 1hr. Back panel wasn't hot that much. I don't think it's over heat problem.

Help! Any suggestion?

That really does sound like an internal heating problem, but if it does it at exactly one hour even after it turned off once that is quite strange. Try posting this in the TV repair forum, someone there might be able to help.

Maybe the sleep timer is set to 1 hour if its that accurate?Smile
