Hello
Can anyone tell me if the plasma tvs from samsung have the bad capacitor issue? My parents tv turned off by itself and now it just clicks when you try to turn it on. I now there is a lot of info for samsung lcd tvs, but not much on plasmas.

Perhaps you could be a little more specific? Searching "Samsung plasma" brings up too many hits to sort through.
My crystal ball is not clear. There seems to be letters and numbers, but I can't quite make them out. Crazy

Not sure if I can be more specific. There is a major problem with the samsung lcd tv's having bad caps in their power supply. It is all over the internet. The question I need answered is do the plasma tv's have this same problem or is it just the lcd's with this problem. A tv tech will probably have to answer this.

Capacitors can and do fail in ALL electronic devices. Unimpressed
