A 15 year old mitsubishi will look that way. Over time the foshfer in the CRT's will burn, this will reduce the brightnes and focus of each crt. Being as Green is the main componet in your picture it will fade first. to repair this would take all three tubes changed at a unbelivible cost. around $650 a tube if they were still avalible. With a set this age many other problems also will be preasent . Capacitors dry out , resistor change value and solder joint turn to crap. You could spend $1700.00 on this and still have a dead set in two years my advise
