42" Samsung HCN4226X - no more red	Can't Post

I just started having a problem with my 42" Samsung HCN4226X. The red part of the picture is gone, so everything has a blue/green/yellow cast to it. The red gun itself seems to be able to fire, as every once in a while it lights up and there's a flash of red on the screen, so I don't think the bulb is bad. I tried reseating most of the wires/connectors to rule out a loose wire.

Any guesses as to what this might be, or what parts I might have to replace? Hopefully not the whole tv...

With more and more individual like you searching for answers with similar problems. I can't imagine your willingness in trends where your knowledge nowhere existed of the matter. why ask for guesses?

I'm sorry but I have no idea what you just said. Well, except the last part where you said "why ask for guesses?". I'm asking for guesses/suggestions so I will know where I should be focusing my troubleshooting efforts.
