50" RCA Proj alignment issues Can't Post
Hello,
Mom has a 50" RCA Projection TV that just powered on with an alignment issue one day. The colors are unaligned and the picture pulls towards the center at the top and bottom. Model # P50830BL, Service # P50830BLLG1, Serial # 808580375, Chasis No. PTK195BL.
Wondering if someone coould help me diagnose this before I call a repairman. Is this a common problem with these TV's?

depends how far out they went, maybe just a fuse on the board, maybe worse. Post a couple close up photos of the boards inside the unit. Will go from there. Dave

No fuses for this , take the back off and a little curcuit board about 3X6 inches on the upper right side has failed, most likly the little ic with number like stk730-***, or replace the whole board part # 239124 about $80.00 at www.vancebaldwin.com
