52" RCA P52940 Has Sound, No Picture

Just turned on my RCA P52940, sounds comes on just fine but I don't see the picture. When I change channels I can see numbers but I only see a grey screen on all channels. I have tried, both S-video and RF Inputs, but neither give a picture. I opened up back, the lens are turning on but not delivering picture.
The piece in the back where the 2-S-videos plugin has been lose for a long time and would some times need giggling to get picture to work, but giggling now does nothing to the picture.
Also, I can see the guide but I can't see the picture-in-picture window. I do see the channel number change and description but that is all.
Any suggestions? Call the repair man? General cost of repair?
