60" Philips Magnavox Fading/Blurry

I am working on a 1998 Magnavox Model #7P6041 C101 / chassis #PTV780-AH01 and its problem is that it is becomeing blurry/faded over the past few months. I was told it could be the picture tube but I am not sure. Does anyone know what parts too look at or replace? Thanks.
