60" rca projection tv has no picture

60" rca projection tv has no picture Can't Post
my rca home theatre projection tv model#P60752EB,chassis#PTK169PEC has sound,but no picture,the screen is blank and their is no OSD(onscreen display).all 3 picture tubes are lite up,but the guns are not diplaying a picture.the (what appears to be a resistor)positioned diagonally to the left side of the flyback transformer is blown,its light blue and has 4 bands (red,black,black,red).is this my problem?it is not located on the schematics.what is the blown resistors description and part#.any help would be appreciated

did you ck it that resistor always looks burnt but is rarely bad

yes,i removed the resistor from the board and its definatley burned.but cant locate this resistor anywhere with out a part#.i did a color value code on this resistor ,and it came up as a 20ohm with 2%tolerance is this correct,but whats the corrrect watts?,could my prolblem also be a high voltage block?

since the resistor is bad it may just be the resistor if splitter is bad the tv will shut down completely

i replaced the resistor and still have no picture or OSD does anyone know what the solution is for this problem?
