BUY: Hitachi Two Circuit Boards from models CU5001. CU5002, CU5003, CU5003, CU4601 Can't Post

I would like to buy Two Circuit Boards from Hitachi models CU5001. CU5002, CU5003, CU5003, CU4601

1. Power /deflection board: After back cover is removed, it sits flat in front of you. Is attached to black plastic frame to keep it rigid; remove board and frame as unit.
2. Power board: Just left of power/deflection board; stands vertically and is a smaller board. Main power line is soldered to this board and maybe clipped for removal
3. Both Boards easily removed by pulling plugs and removing a few screws. Send private message to work out payment and shipping details.

finding working boards for that 17 year old unit is next to impossible, why not send the modules into PTS to see if they will rebuild them ? why are you not taking it to a local tech and have them fix the problem ?

Think I have found the boards in North Carolina
PTS had no replacements and wouldn't work on the old ones
Local repair shops want the whole TV and over $400.00 - $600.00 for repair. (Not cost effective)
If working, I can use in family room, if not I have a bigger problem disposing of it
Finally have replaced it with a 55" Sony LCD

I got lucky on that one its in my bedroom. and works like a dream. i thought about getting the hd cable box and hooking it up with composits but wasn't sure if it was worth paying extra for cable. when its step down from HDTV but its higher then the old big screen that i am tring to work on right now

It's an easy way to get rid of crap that you don't want any longer. someone normaly will take your old junk. I Told my brother about it and he got a free car on there. someone had an 1984 pontiac trans am on there with 13k miles that was wrecked on the back pass side and its been covered up for many years in a barn. the person bought the house and the car was in the barn. my brother just got a replacement title from pendot he had to apply for one. he had to report it as an abanded car. and he paid to get one. and he bought a parts car and he is cutting off the back corner to repair the one he got for free. He had to rebuild the carbs and put all new filters in. it started right up after that. it will be a nice ride when he is done. its hard to find one with that low of miles. I am guessing someone didn't have full coverage on it back then and it was going to cost to much to get it fixed. even the motor still has that new look to it. the bolts are all shinny. I wish i could of found out about it before he did. lol
