Help! I have a Phillips 60 inch projection tv. The screen is completly black but there is sound coming out. The chanel changes and so does all the sound. Even when we put on a dvd, still black. Is this a major problem or just user error?

Hey sorry for opening up this old thread. But just woundering if you got your tv fixed and if so what was is as my magnavox has did the same thing. I have sound but no picture. and yes i do need to change the coolant. thanks in advance Chad
