I have a proscan model PS52650 with a ctc169 chassis that has lost it's chroma. My B+ to the horizontal output is 143.4v. My 15v, 12v, and 9v are all about 1v low. I've read that any low voltage situation can cause loss of chroma. I suspected CR4118 was the problem so I replaced it but it didn't help. Does anyone have any suggestions of what else I should look at?
