Closed Caption won't go away	Can't Post

I have a WS-73713 regardless of the setting on the closed captions menu I can not get the CC to turn off. Has anyone else had this problem or know a fix? I have tried to reset the set but that has not helped. Is there a way to return the set to factory settings?

Just to clarify. With closed captions menu indicating closed captions are off, they are not? Crazy

the closed caption could be turned on on your cable or satellite box if you have one
