Ok, I figured it out using the ole trial and error method. First of all, the convergance adjustment screws are located behind the large speaker grill that runs the length of the screen located on the front just below the screen. There is a tab that you must pull in order to remove the 14 x 52 inch black grill. There you will find 4 adjustments for the green tube and 10 or 12 each for the red and blue. There are directions on the chasis instructing the operator as to the recomended adjustment sequence. The adjustments are made with an allen wrench via the holes in the chasis cover. Now, to access the adjustment screen, Press and hold down the menu button on the front of the TV. While still holding the menu button down, press the button just above it. I think it is a channel change button. Anyway, the adjustment grid should appear on the screen. When you turn the adjustment screws, it will become obvious what is being changed as you watch the grid. There is a method to the adjustment madness but it may take a little while to figure it out. The goal is to match all of the lines on top of one another so that all lines in the grid appear white. No stray reds or blues or uncoverd greens. When done, press any button to remove the grid. The tv will turn off at that time and you must restart it with the on/off button as usual. Hope that helps. steve
