Green lines scrolling on my TV

Green lines scrolling on my TV	Can't Post

I have a Mitsubishi rear projection Medallion HDTV 1080 Model WS55613. Green lines continue to scroll on the tv at varying speeds. Do I need to replace the convergence ICs? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Convergence ICs NEVER scroll.....
When they go bad they give a false 3D appearance....

Thanks, Ron! Ok now the green and magenta are just flickering at the top of the screen. Also, when it is on TV, it seems to be fine then adjust the pic with a ripple of no particular color, more often than not. Not having any luck in posting a pic. So, if not the convergence, any other part that may need to be replaced or any tricks to adjusting the picture? We are new to this tv. We got it from a friend who bought it in 2004 and would like to put it in our living room, but wanting to get it to work before moving tvs around.

OK , this is different from what you said before....
Could be convergence ICs....
Did you go to the link & check the samples there ????
Click on the images for an enlarged view....
Did any resemble what you have ????
Have you got a digital camera ????
Can you upload pix to your computer ????
If so , I'll show you how to get pix here....

First part , possibly yes...Second part , definitely no....
