HCM4215W --going into timer

Hello; I was hoping someone could tell me how to troubleshoot my samsung HCM4215W. When I turn it on; I only see the timer light flashing. I open the TV to get a visual of the boards and I don't see anything burned out so far..could anyone please help me out? I have taken some pictures of the inside if you need to see them please let me know.
