HCN4226WX/XAA wont turn on

This set has done this before. After being shut off for a few days/weeks, it started working again.
The set wont turn on. The light around the power button blinks, and when I plug it in, and push the button for the first time, it makes a sound like it wants to turn on, but doesn't. No sound, no picture.
Any ideas?

edit: I did disconnect the blue wires on the left side of the convergence board and it didn't produce any results. Could this be a main board issue?
