I need to remove the board from my sony KP43T90 but there are two wires that I don't how to disconnect. Thanks

Yeah,i have replaced many times the flyback in these sets...about HV lead anode cable... I beleive just push it down and turn it any way,then pull it.....about focus cable(thinner one).just cut it...allow 6-8 mm..wire to connect to a new fly..please, take extra care what you are doing... Unimpressed

I've tried everything and I still can't remove the HV lead anode cable? Any other suggestions?
