Hitachi 50DX01BA Can't Post

I know what the problem is...just wondering if anyone might have a idea what it is going to cost to repair it.One or more of the projection lenses have leaked oil which in turned dripped onto the power supply board causing a short.I unplugged the set, waited approx. 20 minutes and plugged it back in..I have power,But all I have on the screen is a green blob of light on the right side and a yellow blob on the left and the 3 color bands like laser beams grouped together each approx. 1/2 in apart and they repeat approx. every 8 inches horizontally down the screen.Any idea will be helpful...Thanks

The coolant leak you discribe sound like a bad one. this coolant is conductive and will short conections on the main board it will also travel under ic's and short and destroy them as well. It will travel up coils and transformers changing or destroying ther values.
Some of these boards can be saved with componet level cleaning and replacing, but first the leak must be repaired. Best bet and in the long run the cheapest is to have the board rebuilt bt a company like PTS ( PTSCORP.com ) there boards have been cleaned rebuilt and tested
