How do i unplug this? (toshiba mainboard)	Can't Post

Toshiba TZ50V61
has a convergence problem so im changing out the STK's the main board is 2 differnt parts, one part with the STKS is already all unpluged, but the other side of the baord has so many more plugs (and the higvoltage spark plug looking ones i dont care to mess with) so i want to take the one side of the board out and cant figure out how to unplug this plug without breaking somthing

put your finger under the blue tab and flip up to disconnect

awsome thanks for the help, i got it out. now i just need to order my STK's so no crappy chinese ones is what ive gathered, and i should probly check the resistnace of the ressistors on the board around the stks right?
