Lines on your Projection? Can't Post

I was looking into widescreens when I heard that if you play any game system on a projection tv that it will leave lines in your picture after so long. Is this true? If anyone has purchased a 50+in Bigscreen for under $2000 and are pleased, let me know what kind it is and from where you purchased it.

As with all sets if you leave a image in one spot long enughf it burns the crt, many of the wide screen userers take the set out of wide mode and put it in 4X5 mode so that it looks like there old set that they are used to, this puts bars on either side of the pix and they will burn into the crt's. Then when they finaly notice this and call the warentee company then they call us we get to say " Thats not covered for replacment because in the owners manual that never got read it explains not to do this or burning will occur . so now you are stuck with jail bars on your $4000 dollar set
Never let any logos or pause a game for long periods. Even if you just watch the tv guide chanel you will notice that certain parts of the pix never move, and I've even seen the ESPN logo on the bottom right of the screen burned permant
