Looking for Projection TV Parts PTV350

I am looking for a new screen for our projection TV. Its a very old TV built in 1990. The inforamtion from the TV is below. On the front of my TV it says Sylvania Manuf : EIA232FR Model : RSK440AK05 (Philips) Serial: 75687478 Chasis: PTV3-50 I have been unable to find a replacement screen. My 5 year old son was playing with lazer guns in front of my TV and now there is a big black streak on it.. would this cause damage to the screen if he hit it??? Thanks - Jennifer
