Magnavox ptv3-75 no pict with sound

I have a Magnavox ptv3-75 with no picture but still has sound. I took the back panels off and seen that the CRT'c are glowing. I don't know if the TV has a shut off function that if it needs coolant or what. A buddy gave me the tv and it was just fine when he had it. But he took it to my place and the next night it just seemed to stoped, I almost cryed. Also where could i find a copy of a manual and if i do have to get it repaired how much do you think it would set me back, granted I'm am a broke KU college student!
