Mitsubishi turns off unexpectantly	Can't Post

Mitsubishi model vs 50801 turns off unexpectantly, sometimes several times a night, sometimes once in a 6 week time span. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!

i seem to be having the same problem. i dont know what it is. it seems if i wait long enough the tv will be ok but for the short time that its not when i try to turn the tv on it will just shut off right away.

same problem here, it's as if something is drawing a little too much current and eventually the built-in circuit breaker trips. I bet Mitsubishi knows about this one, it seems to be common enough.

I had the same problem until TV would not turn on at all. Repairman diagnosed problem in 5 minutes. CRT bulb leaking onto signal printed circuit board below.
