Mitsubishi ws-65611 won't power on

I have an old Mitubishi ws-65611 that won't power on. It's been quite a while since I looked at it but I think it was the green flashing light issue. My original research indicated it might be bad caps on the DM board. I pulled the board but the caps look ok. I even removed one and it tested good. I'm looking for help with what to do next.
