Need Help removing leads on D board Sony KP57WS500	Can't Post

I have to remove the board to put in 2 new IC chops and it is already out but for one thing holding me back. It's that large gray module with the 1 smaller and 1 large red wire coming out of it. From my world it looks like a coil for a modern auto. I pulled gently on the big wire and it didn't want to move so what's the secret of extracting those wires? They look like they should pull straight out to me????? Thanks in advance for the help. Tom.

Would that be Bar W, Lazy S, Sanken, Texas Instruments, Western Digital or some other mfgr.? And how the heck are you gonna attach them to the circuit? Gonna be messy. Smile
