Friend wants to sell me a Panasonic big screen but it is broke. It will start up just fine, but after 10 minutes or so the picture starts to darken, darker and darker untill its black..but the sound remains. If you turn it off for awhile it will turn back on (unsure of how long it must be off, they didnt check time) but after 10 minutes it does it again. Here is the info I got off the TV...

I was wondering if anyone had any ideas on what would be wrong with the tv, about how much to fix it, and how much is it worth in its current condition. We would like it for a second big screen but are unsure of alot of things. Thanks in advance!
