Philips 46pp8621 Convergence Problem	Can't Post

well, the technician change two STK392-120s, resistors but the red dont seem to get aligned. doesnot move left/right. goes only up/down when manually setting up. auto convergence didnot work either. please help. do i need to replace the STKs again to get the clear picture. i dont think its coolant problem since red is still 3D. Thanks for help.

Well , the first thing I'd do is call that so-called technician back & have him/her/it do the job right....
