Philips 55PW9363 convergence malfunction	Can't Post

I just purchased a floor model 55PW9363 from Best Buy. The picture is great and I love the TV. The second day I had it my kids were playing video games and the screen suddenly went completely nuts. It had 2 or 3 identical images, each in a different color. I navigated to the convergence menu but when I went to either red or blue the screen went black until I pressed the menu button again. I shut it off and turned it back on in a couple of hours. The problem was still there. The next day the problem was gone -- the picture was perfect. The next day the same strange convergence problem happened while my son was watching TV. I have extended warranty from Best Buy so I called and scheduled an on-site visit. I turned on the TV early in the day assuming after a couple of hours it would freak out but this time it didn't. The service call is in two days but I'll have to cancel if I can't get the convergence problem to go away as I beleive I get charged if no problem is found. Has anyone seen this before on Philips or other brands and what should I do about it? I'd hate to have to return it as I got a good price and the picture quality is fantastic. Thanks.

Phillips like all sets made by man could simply have what we would call a flow problem, this means when it was built there may not have been enoggh solder put to the board, and poor solder joint can happen, this causes a intermitant problem as you describe, lets hope thats all it is
