Philips Magnavox (PM) Model PVT840

I have a PM 50 inch TV (Model PVT840). It is about 4 years old. The picture color has separated - the red, yellow and blue are 3 separate layers and the picture is sqished in the middle. Can anyone tell me how to fix this or if it can be fixed?
