My Step Daughter gave me her tv to look at and I think the convergence board is bad I see 3-d and the picture is warped like a rainbow from the bottom, the setup screen is not moving the cross hairs to allign them, i see three cross hairs red blue and green and nothing on them is white! Any Help or advise would be great thanks. Its model # 9p5034-c102 on chassis PTV835, I don't even have an owners manual!
