Hello Forum,
I Would Like to introduce My Self, I'm Devin. I would like to get some help and Input From The Professionals In this Field, I've been reading for a few days. This seems to be where I can get the Answers to my questions. So lets Fix it. No Stranger to electronics, 15+ years, Master Automotive Technician. I can post pictures at any time, and keep this updated. So it can be used to help someone else with a similar issue.

The Lenses were Very dirty, I cleaned them. Upon Further Inspection. I can only see a clear image in the red bulb. The Blue and Green, have a haze over them, and the image appears Faint.
These pics of the Housings, you can somewhat make out a cars wheel and fender area, in the red. Ill Check back and update as needed. Thank you so much for you time and effort...
