Pioneer SD-P5053 Projection TV Problem

I can't figure out how to program channels 65-93 when it's in the HRC mode. However, when it's in the AIR mode, the channels that are missing in the HRC mode are there, but I'm missing the other channels. Is there a way I can manually program channels 65-93? It is not letting me do it for some reason.
