Pioneer SD-P5193-K Green Bowing Can't Post

I recently was given this 50" rear projection TV from a friend. He said only problem was the focus. Well when I powered it on I see the green is bowing, all the words and letters has the green off with the red and blue slightly bowing. What is the cause of this?

After some research from google found it may be a problem with the STK4279-SL chip, I found somewhere to order it and wait for it to come in, I will update if it fixes the problem and link where part was ordered from.

Well I hope I can get answer to this.

I found local place that had my chips so I replaced both chips and still the Green is out of alignment. What else should I look at? I do not see anythingout out of the ordinary on the board. No cold solder joints or anything.

there are a couple of low value resistors by the ic's that go open circuit when the chips go faulty.check and change if neccessary. usually about 1.5ohms or thereabouts.

Yeah I found bad resistor. Actually the resistors were labeled but they were covered by jumpers so of course I didn't see them. Now my green is fixed and everything almost looks normal. I have a slight bow on the lower part of my screen and some reason I can not read small letters. Like white letters look like static but very blurry.

I already did the "user" allowed convergence and adjusted that fine but I did not want to jump into the "service" mode adjustment untill I can get a service manual telling me how to do it. Skimmed thru the service mode to get idea whats there but nothing like what I normally read with white lines all over. Just different options like RH Skew, Bow and stuff like that and didn't want to mess with it till I can find out what does what.
