Pioneer SD P4681

 My Pioneer SD P4681 has a problem where the picture goes completely black (bulbs out), the audio then surges from the very lowest volume to extremely loud then back and fourth. The light in the front that goes from red to let you know its on now goes yellowish. Now this happens every once in a while then it goes back to normal, well now it has done it for hours and has shown no sign of comming back.
