Problem with samsung sp 54t8hl

When I went to see this tv I found that all voltages were correct besides I removed the cable of HV of the flyback and measured 30kv. When I switched the tv the red led in front panel turned off and so i checked all voltages even i noticed that the filaments were on. Swichting on/off the tv I heard the click of the relay but there was not sound nor video(raster) at all.
It was the first part and the worse part was when i removed one cable of the focus module pack to measure the voltage inserting the probe of the hv tester into it and from then on the tv is complety dead.
What colud be the causes that no exist raster,no audio according to the notes mentioned above and is it probable that inserting the probe in the focus module kills the tv.
