Projection Mitsubishi VS 459Rs keeps blowing Ic protector Can't Post

Projection TV Mitsubishi VS 459Rs. Sound and channel numbers OK. No Picture at all, keeps blowing IC protector in power supply. Changed Hot, ringed flyback with Lopt/Fbt tester, checked for short, changed electrolytic caps in power supply and high voltage circuit, disconnected power to vertical circuit and still blowing and blowing. Would like to change the flyback, does it make any sense. I am eager to fix it since it's my hobby, no schematics. Transformer or ballast T501 connected parallel to emitor and base has no resistance at all, is it cooked or just the way it's done? Thanks for assistance.

Re: [Guest] Projection Mitsubishi VS 459Rs keeps blowing Ic protector [In reply to] Can't Post

SlyI Got respond from other web site. I was told to disconnect all three circuit boards from each tube in order protecting them against burn up, connect a 60 Watt bulb where the 1,6amp fuse is on the main board(fuse removed) and turn the set on momentarily. Bulb was bright(short somewhere) so I disconnected each yoke at the time and if the bulb got dim, that was the bad shorted YOKE. If the bulb was still bright after pulling the connector, i had to put it back and go to the other one. Here we GO.
