RCA Big Screen blown fuse

Hi all have a question? The owner of this Big Screen reported that the sound started to go out and after that the T.V would shut off. So he unplugged it and waited and it would come back up. He did this for a few weeks and finally the fuse blew. So i checked every diode and all traces in the power supply section and all is good. I checked the power supply driver and that was good. So now im a little lost on were to begin to check my next guess will be the horizontal output chip's has shorted.
The model on the chassis is ctc 195 as soon as i plugged it in the fuse it will keep blowing. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks all Scooter!
