h0llyw00d;.... obviously I'm talking to myself, as the site help is all but here, You need to have some patience.... You just joined TODAY & you posted 3 posts TODAY.... TODAY is a day between an American holiday called "Thanksgiving Day" & the weekend... So a lot of us are gone for the holiday.... Add to that , you have the ITC222A RCA chassis that oftentimes is a nightmare to fix.... Give it some time & be patient, someone will be along to try & help you out.... I , personally , am not that familiar with this troublesome chassis or I'd give it my best shot.... Additionally;... The control you have circled above was/is NOT broken.... It was made intentionally that way by RCA... It is a sealed adjustment control to set voltages.... It is not something I feel you can adjust.... IF you haven't tampered with or dammaged it yet , GOOD!!!!, Leave it ALONE!!! & re-install it back in the TV... (replaced it with a temp vari, and got HV to fire up, but still no pic, am waiting for proper part replacement) By using a varible control , you are asking for trouble... That control could be set to turn something off so major damage is avoided... GOOD LUCK.... Later...Ron.M........ Veteran & Retired TV technician
